rules.
These terms describe the service provided by Around The Hoop Holdings, LLC, operating as InstaRap. Please read them before requesting a scan or placing an order. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle information.
Who can use InstaRap
You must be at least 18. Submit only an adult’s Instagram account that you own or have permission to use. Public availability does not give you permission to impersonate someone, misuse their photos, or infringe their rights. Do not use InstaRap to harass, threaten, deceive, or expose someone’s private information.
What you receive
InstaRap uses available Instagram material to create personal observations, song lyrics, a generated recording, and a lyric video. A preview is offered before purchase. Each order covers one song and video; it is not a subscription. The result is creative entertainment, not a verified biography. AI may misinterpret context or make mistakes. Review the result before sharing it and contact us about inaccurate or inappropriate references.
We cannot guarantee a particular lyric, voice, musical performance, or delivery time. Source availability and service interruptions can affect processing. Private-account import is not currently available; we do not bypass Instagram privacy controls.
Price and checkout
The current one-time price is $5 USD per song and lyric video. The total is shown before you confirm checkout. Stripe processes payments. Checkout currently runs in sandbox mode for testing: use Stripe test details, not a real payment card. Sandbox orders do not charge real money.
Delivery and problems
Your finished video is available through your order link. We use the email supplied at checkout or through the notification form to send a ready notification. Keep your order link safe; anyone with it may be able to view your order.
If generation cannot be completed after recovery attempts, we initiate a full refund through Stripe. During sandbox testing, refunds are simulated. If a delivered file will not play, your order appears stuck, or the result has a problem, contact support@aroundthehoop.com with your order link. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that apply to you under law.
Your material and your video
You retain any rights you hold in your source material. By requesting a scan and song, you authorize us and the service providers described in our Privacy Notice to process that material for the requested service, including research, generation, delivery, and quality checks. Selected photos may appear as faded imagery in the video.
You may download and share your completed InstaRap for personal use, subject to the rights of people whose names, likenesses, photos, or other material appear in it. We grant permission to use our branding as included in the delivered video. We do not promise exclusive rights in AI-generated content or grant rights belonging to third parties. Do not present a song as an endorsement or an authentic recording by its subject.
Responsible use and availability
Do not bypass access restrictions, interfere with the service, or submit material you are not authorized to use. We may decline or stop processing requests that violate these terms or cannot be supported by sufficient material. Availability depends on our hosting, research, payment, and generation providers.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes, with the effective date shown here. The price displayed when you place an order applies to that order. For support, privacy requests, security reports, or questions about these terms, contact support@aroundthehoop.com.
InstaRap is independent of Instagram and Meta.
